Our devices do not have commercial aircrew on board. Support is not possible therefore, during our flights for people with reduced mobility. For security reasons, in particular in the event of an emergency evacuation, passengers must be self-sufficient in their travels, including mounting and dismounting the device. If this condition is not met, the boarding will unfortunately not be allowed.
Each passenger must wear a seat belt during the volume The maximum length of our belts is 135 cm. If necessary, an extension cord may be provided, and a solution of Extra Seat (extra seating) can be delivered at no extra cost, to the extent possible and subject to availability.
For safety reasons, pregnant women may not travel from the 8th month or the 31st week of pregnancy. Between the 22nd and the 30th week, a medical certificate authorizing the flight is mandatory. In the absence of this certificate, a liability release signed by the passenger will be requested prior to departure.
Babies under 2 years of age must travel on an adult's lap, with a belt extensions provided on board. From 2 years of age, the child must have its own seat.
It is imperative to let us know at time of booking if the passenger is affected by a medical condition-specific (ex : passengers epilepsy, cardiac etc). This will allow us to anticipate and clarify the conditions of travel, as well as to provide, if necessary forms to complete.
Surf boards, kite surfing and other equipment large may be carried on board, if the prior request during the reservation. A feasibility study will be carried out based on the dimensions, weight, and the available capacity of the device.
Biosecurity in French Polynesia is strictly in order to preserve the local flora and fauna. The introduction or the transportation of plant and animal species between the islands is subject to control.
